10 Things I Learned About Women From Pinterest

I have learned more about women by spending time on Pinterest than I learned by being a women for the last 35-1/2 years.

Basically, this is another way for me to justify the time I spend on Pinterest as “work-related.”

Paint chip cards are a free craft material.
Lauren Conrad is a 20-something’s style icon.
Tiny animals are cutest in Mason jars.
Planning to organize is a chore unto itself on which to be commented that it will never get done.
Motivational quotes are a decorative focal point.
Some women think they can get a bodybuilder’s body with a “Simple 30-Minutes-A-Day!” workout.
Fingernails are an art canvas.
Entryways, mudrooms, and laundry rooms are the most-loved area of a house to decorate.
We all need to invest in Polyvore.
Women love long wavy hair tied up in socks.

#4 is by far the most important thing on Pinterest IMHO, because it describes my life in a nutshell. Now I just gotta Pin something about it so I can get my pins re-pinned and looked at. Right now I am pin-lame with so much more pinning to be done – On my to-do list of chores that I think I will never get done.

Thanks for giving me an outlet to complain/say sardonic witty things about the absurdity of pinterest. I’m friends with so many women are are in the love with it that I’m presured into innerweb silence.

I may live with 4 women and my social media correspondence is dominated by broads…i mean the fairer sex, but my testosterone levels are still high enough that I think pinterest is not for me. It’s also not for anyone who pees standing up.

I must be married the the right woman. Our laundry room looks horribly unkempt. SCORE!
