I changed nothing else except I started eating 5 small meals a day and I am only 1 lb away from my pre-baby weight. I had gained 39 while preggo.

LOL I look at my prom pictures - and I was the “biggest” girl - I wasn’t “fat” but I felt it, and people treated me like I was.
NOW - I’d kill to have that body again LOL STupid aging… sucks.

Now I want cupcakes! I was tiny when I was young, 5′0 and 95 pounds! Then I had the first kid, it has been down hill every since!!! I need to go down another 22 pounds and I will celebrate, 15 pounds and I would be happy, 10 pounds and I might be satisfied. I am really not happy with my body now, I look 6 months pregnant all the time and worse at other times!

It drives me crazy to think of how I used to think I was ‘fat’ or needed to lose weight. Looking back at old photos - I looked pretty darn good! I just wish I could get back there again - I hate the way I look now.

There’s a store in Vancouver called Cupcakes, specializing in, well…cupcakes. $4/each cupcakes.

I try to convince myself daily, “I’m not THAT fat, right?”. Losing battle. This is why there is a large box (unopened) of newly-delivered NutriSystem foodstuffs on my dining room floor. And a box of those same exact cupcakes in my fridge. Crap
