Shockingly enough, I’ve read a few smut books this month (yes, I read all of these plus others I gave lower ratings, all in November) that I gave 5 out of 5 stars. I want you to read any one of these books I love, too. Or if you’ve already read all of these, I’ll totally give you another smutty book you want.

Motorcycle Man by Kristen Ashley
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Sweet Baby Jeesus in a mothertrucking manger, this book and Tack and all my lust are rolled up into loving this book. I didn’t think there would be a way to love Tack after the first parts of the book, but hot damn, I’m ready to move to Colorado and let him take over my life.

Motorcycle Man is a MUST read for any and all smut lovers, but especially for Sons of Anarchy fans. Tack IS Jax (15 years from now) and that’s pretty much the highest compliment I could give an Alpha male.

My Bluegrass Baby by Molly Harper

I had no idea what this book was about and didn’t know anything about the author, so when I read books like this with zero expectation, I’m excited to find that I love it through to the end. My Bluegrass Baby is funny, sweet, and full of sexual tension. Thank GOD this is the start to a series because I was left needing more! A definite must-read for romance lovers who love funny reads. *ARC review*

Leave Me Breathless by Cherrie Lynn

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This book was SO friggin hot. With lines like, “She had a feeling praying about whatever Seth Warren had in mind tonight would be sacrilegious,” I fell all over myself wanting to spend more time with this book (and Ghost), never wanting it to end. This is by far the best of the 3 Ross Brothers books. Unleashed and Rock Me are the first two in the series and I gave each one 4/5 stars.

Hollywood Hook by Mamie Center

Twisted, sexy, naughty, heart-breaking, and did I say twisted? Simply said, read this book.

Most notably, because this one line sums up the whole book: “She felt as if she had sold her soul to the devil, and wondered how much it was going to cost her.” *ARC review*

The Secret of Ella and Micha by Jessica Sorensen

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Oh my golly, I loved this book even though it left me stupidly frustrated with sexual tension. I am seriously jonesing for the next book.

And friends, this is not YA. If it is, my children will not be considered “young adults” until they’re at least 18. A must-read!

Release Me: A Novel by J. Kenner

What started out as a typical girl-meets-dominant-billionaire, turned into a story I couldn’t put down. The characters have deep-seeded issues that draw them to one another in inexplicable ways that you can’t help but want life-long happiness for them. I *hope* this is the start to a series because I was left wanting to know so much more about their story. *ARC review*

The Sea of Tranquility by Katja Millay

My rating: ONE BAJILLION of 5 stars

If I could give this enough stars to reach the moon and back, I’d give it more than that.

This book just made its way to my Top 5 Favorite Books Ever list, knocking out some other inconsequential book about inconsequential nonsense. Sea of Tranquility is the opposite of inconsequential nonsense; it is all heart, emotion, breaking down, growing up, love, and rebirth.

Read this book. I can’t say too much about it without spoiling even the smallest of mysteries, so the only thing I’ll say is READ THIS BOOK.
