I’m gay
friendly.
I love the gays, I am a little bit gay, and I think I may have a wee gay man trapped inside of me.
The fact that people who happen to be gay cannot get married (nearly everywhere in the US) or adopt children (in Florida) angers me.
I bought this shirt, and I got one free with it.
SCORE!
So, I’m giving it away. It’s a brand new purple American Apparel XL men’s t-shirt that looks just like this one (gay not included):
Leave a comment by Monday, June 28, at 11:59pm EST letting me know how gay (happy &/or homo) you are, and I’ll pick a winner at random on Tuesday.
(If you don’t want to win, but you still want to leave a comment because you love me, just say “keep your gay shirt to yourself!” or something in the comment letting me know.)
Yeah for gay!

I don’t need the t-shirt. But YAY! for supporting gay rights.

we should all be gay…(happy) I think the shirt would be best donated to me, so i can pimp out my airforce brother in okinawa…he enjoys purple, and standing up for what he believes in…. GO GAY!!!!!
I want the shirt because I live in the South and I think it’d be hilarious to wear it to the grocery store & watch the reactions. Ooh! Or even better, to the gym, because we go to the YMCA where they have portraits of a sandy-haired, blue-eyed Jesus hanging near the locker rooms. THAT would be priceless.
I tried to help my gay brother hit on our possibly gar bartender yesterday. If they eventually fell in love, I would want them to be able to get married (and serve me drinks at an open bar perhaps!). Yay for gay!
I have various friends and family members who are gay, and I love them to pieces, and support them to the death on gay rights and marriage.
As a member of a college where the majority of students AND professors are bible-thumping, gay-hating, bigoted, gospel-preaching-in-a-non-appropriate-venue-like-a-college-when-they-should-be-teaching-US-history people, I feel I would benefit in the *extreme* to wear this shirt, EVERY SINGLE CLASS UNTIL OCTOBER (with the exception of class presentation days, which it would go on AFTER my business presentations were over)!! Oh yeah and I only have 4 weeks left in this term so I might as well wear it all 8 weeks next term.
So, pick me!

No need for the shirt in the land of legalized gay marriage, but yay for spreading the gay love.

Doing happy flutter kicks of joy for hearing another yay-for-the-gay(s) voice.

Purple is my favorite color. My BFF is gay and the best part is that instead of getting a jerky guy thrown in the mix, I got another BFF!
I love the gays. I want a gay boyfriend but in small town Ohio a gay boyfriend is hard to find. I would love this shirt. it is fun to shock the small minded people in my town.
You can keep the shirt, but I’ll still say “Yay to Gay”! Who doesn’t heart bewbs?
Awesome shirt! I also live in Florida. Even worse than gay marriage being illegal, denying gay couples the right to adopt when there are so many children in need of loving homes…Ugh don’t even get me started….
You can keep your damn shirt but— Hooray for the gay! I love my gayelle sister. And gay cousins and gay friends. Gays are totally…. gay! Hooray!

I am always finding out new reasons to despise living in Florida….and now I’ve got another! God, I cannot wait to move to Portland. And, I’ve totally missed you!! Oh wait, do you remember me?? If not, now I look like a weirdo stalker. And you can keep your gay shirt, I just wanted to say hi, and YAY FOR GAY!!

I loves my gay BFF! They totally need to have the same rights as everyone else
My husband just about DIED when I came home with a shirt that said, “If you don’t like my peaches, don’t shake my tree”.
So, SIGN ME UP!
*snicker*

Ooo…I could wear it to my in-laws and freak the whole family out. They are all fire and brimstone about the gays and I love to cause a ruckus when all their arguments are just plain ignorant!

I want that shirt !! It will match my friend Ross’ !!! And my new shoes !! And what this country needs to do !! YAY !
I have a gay son. I am keeping my gay. I like the shirt, though. Can’t wear it because my son only came out to his immediate family and friends (his, of course). Legalize gay marriage and Don’t Ask Don’t Tell !
Oh yes please! My husband would crawl under a rock if I wore it out. And I would. Redneck town or not.

LOve love love that tee! I totally need it because I’ve been a rabid volunteer with Marriage Equality in California and am even not on speaking terms with several members of my family for appearing on the local news during a Protest against Prop 8. So yeah, I wanna win!

I need that shirt because of it’s awesomeness! And because I’m a bisexual social worker chick who just wants everyone to have the same rights.
So frakkin’ awesome! I so freaked out my husband’s side of the family last weekend when I proclaimed the only reason I couldn’t be lesbian is because of girl drama haha I would love to wear this shirt around em and see the looks i get.
Please give me that shirt so I can wear it in front of my super religious republican family!!

As an entire 2/3 of my fiance’s extended family is gay, I would like to win the shirt to totally have a jump on purchasing Christmas presents, a jump about which I will pat myself on the back for until oh, December 22-ish, when I will panic about having absolutely nothing else done.

My boyfriend’s cousin is gay and he is in a relationship with a man he met from another country. They were married over there, but currently living in the US while his husband gets an education. Unfortunately, since they cannot be married in the State we live in, they are planning on moving back to the husband’s home country at the end of the summer when his visa runs out. I would love to wear this shirt to show my support to not only them, but all of the other couples in America who are facing similar situations
Yeah for the gays! FYI in Utah gays, and co-habitating persons cannot adopt or foster. It’s total crap!!
First of all, I am all for gay rights, I have a FIL who is gay and can’t marry his partner, and I’m probably a little gay too because I love the bewbs! Secondly, I really want this shirt to freak out all of the conservative Oklahomans I live amongs. Hope I win!

I’ve never met a gay I didn’t love. It’s true.
Oh I want one of those T-shirts. My little brother is gay. He came out at 19, met his partner a year later and 2 yrs ago they had a civil partnership in Belfast because its against the law here in the Republic of Ireland. They are my best buddies and now have been together 10yrs. They badly want children and it breaks my heart at how difficult it is for them.
On behalf of teh gays (lesbian mother in 12-year relationship), thanks for loving us so openly. We need it! (But not the shirt. I already have one that says “I slept with Marsha Brady”.)

I love gays. Once of my bestie guy friends is gay and I love him. He lives in Cali now though, so I need to represent the East Coast.

It is so awesome of you to give away one of these shirts. I love when people stand up for gay rights and want to share the love!
I’m also extremely gay-friendly and am in fact a type of gay, I suppose you could say. I identify as pansexual, which is kind of like bisexual, which I used to openly identify as since I often get the funny looks when I bring up pansexuality, but it really does sum up my sexual orientation as clear as can be.

I am gay for gay yet not so gay when I hear about discriminations and general assholery surrounding the “debate”. The fact that there is even a “debate” about it makes me not so gay.
