While I agree, they’re kind of not the same thing. Major props to Princess Leia, she is one of the the original ass-kicking leading ladies, who did in fact go through hell to save Han.
But the comparison of Hermione and Bella is how they acted when their men walked out on them; Hermione moved on past the betrayal and continued to fight the good fight even when Ron left. Bella did, indeed, curl into a fetal position and weep until finally throwing herself off the cliff.
