Since my heart is still wonkified, my brain has decided to catch up and lower the bar. I can pretty much do nothing more than sit here and send out High on Klonopin Tweets that bring out crazy-heads.
Yeah.
The amount of work I have waiting for me to complete is pretty much almost overwhelming. But, I twatter on Twitter and spend shameful hours searching for the perfect bag/purse/carry-all/SLR holder deal.
And then I buy one that’s too small for my womanly needs.
So, like the freak noodge that I am, I spend even MORE countless hours searching for even the more perfecter bag.
I FINALLY ordered her today, and if she doesn’t exceed my every expectation that I’ve put on her for the last 2 months in my quest for THE! PERFECT! BAG/PURSE/CARRY-ALL/SLR HOLDER DEAL!, I may cry.
I better have some Klonopin and a cupcake on call for when the overnight package arrives. You hear that Zappos? It better come tomorrow. (please? i want nao.)

I ask this of the world and universe and sweet sweet Baby Jeebus and Oprah: please make this bag work for me. Really, it’s the little things in life I need. I have my health, my bodily faculties, my strength, healthy children, a roof over my head, a husband who loves me. All I need right now is a few thousand dollars and this bag to be The One.
Otherwise, Twitter and my email inbox might catch on fire tomorrow when I’m high on Klonopin, apparently dragging out lunatics with my powerful gravitational pull of insanity.

Very pretty bag! LOVE the red. I’ll be interested in hear if it works for you. I’ve had my eye out for a pretty bag for my DSLR, but haven’t committed to buy one yet. I’m curious to know which one DIDN’T work for you so I don’t make the same mistake!
The one that’s tops on my list right now is a Jo Totes bag. (jototes.com) I like their original Tote bag or Rose bag (can’t pick a color, love so many). I keep finding other things I want to buy instead of a camera bag, so I keep putting the purchase off.
I looked for literally 2 months for the “perfect” camera bag/purse, but I couldn’t settle on one. Most of them, like the Jo Totes and Epiphanie Bags are SUPER DUPER cute, but they’re synthetic leather. I wanted real leather to last longer, and if I’m paying those prices, I want a real damn cow.
I bought a compact case for camera from Amazon [ Clik Elite CE510RE Capsule Small (Red) by CLIK ELITE http://amzn.com/B0037NZA16 ] and it fits the camera w/ a telephoto lens on, another lens, AND the charger & connector. That way, if I want to transfer the camera to a backpack or to a beach bag, I can just use the capsule.
I’ll let you know how Ruby turns out. I know she’s going to be big, but for my upcoming NYC trip, I needed something to hold lots o’stuff.
Ah…. good to know about the smaller bag. I have a small traditional camera bag that barely fits my camera/lens/charger but it has a strap so is a bit bulkier than the your pod.
I still have the Jo Totes on my list… guess I’m ok with pleather!

Last year, for the first time, I bought a pair of designer jeans. When I went to the cashier, I told her that I normally don’t spend that type of money on jeans, but I had a fight with my husband, and now I felt a lot better. She high-fived me. When my husband got the credit card statement, he didn’t say a word. Bwa-ha-ha.

I once ordered over $1000 worth of shoulder bags (from Zappos, of course!) and ended up keeping one bag. Totally worth it, though- because I love it! This red one looks great.
