There is never a time I could not take a nap.
NEVER.
Driving Claire to school.
Waiting in line at Disney.
Right now.
Shopping at the grocery store.
Working on blogging or my store.
Generally just being awesome.
Watching a marathon of Weeds.
NEVER.
It’s probably a combination of sleeping +/-7 hours a night, not exercising, eating/drinking too much sugar, being overweight, spreading awesome all over the internet. You know. Normal stuff.
There is never a point during my day where I am 100% awake. I don’t even remember when in my life when I was.
Probably before I had that first kid, but I can’t remember that far back. I think it takes 100% awake-ness to think farther back than yesterday.
But will I go to bed before 11 tonight? Most likely not because there are too many parts of the internet untouched by my awesome.

I remember having a talk about sleep in the hotel room while at BlogHer, you & Amy laughing at me when I said I can’t wait to have a baby, mainly because I will be able to sleep (or something to that effect, I’ve drank since then).
You both thought I was crazy, is my point. HAH.
Bottom line is that we ALL need more sleep. But we just don’t ever seem to carve enough time out in the day for it, not when there is way too much to do, like being awesome, and you know, day to day stuff.

I reserve nighttime as TV time- so I stay up all crazy hours of the night. I regret it in the morning, but coffee gets me thought till about 1- then I cpuld sleep until TV (7ish) time, but my kids don’t let that happen. They’re so demanding and needy.

That’s a heavy load to carry and a being of such awesomeness must have their beauty rest! I hope one day to achieve such awesomeness myself and earn my frequent naps on the couch.
