I can personally say though it may not be good to eat when pregnant. Right before one of my check ups I rushed through the drive thru and pounded down 2 chalupas. When the doctor did the heartbeat, he detected an arrymthmia and I had 1 month of constant visits and ultrasounds to check everything. They never heard the arrythmia other than that visit.
