If you do not like rowing, partake in some form of cardiovascular exercise that you do like, as long as it involves your upper body. Elliptical training, cross country skiing, swimming, kick boxing, versa climbing and jumping rope are examples.

I like your menu though.  I&#039;ve now got the jones for two chicken soft tacos from Taco Bell @ 7:30 in the morning.  
Good luck with the back fat diet.  If you have any good ideas for a bun fat diet, please send them along.

I guess that makes sense. Five years ago I quit smoking and had to quit a number of friendships. By the same token I&#039;ve made new friends that I would never have met w/ a smoke in one hand and a beer in the other!

Who - which friends - are supporting you, joining you on this journey/party?!
