I know what it's like to have sinus crap...i have "perennial non-allergic rhinitis" (or as my hubby calls it, pnar...ya...he's a goof) which means i have all-year-round allergic-reaction type sinus crap, but i'm not actually allergic to anything. And I have that stuffy-and-runny nose thing...that sucks! So if you ever need someone to sniffle along with you, I'm here for ya baby! If we lived closer together, we could share some snacks a box of tissue while watching TiVo! ;-) Awww…poor you! The salt is a natural anelgesic and helps reduce nasal and sinus inflamation. I'm sure you could google it and find out more. Hope you feel better soon! Namaste!
