Bravo! Bravo! BRAVO!!! I totally agree. It’s amazing how many fellas are choosing to ignore the good manners that (hopefully) they were taught growing up. Ladies, it just goes to remind us all — don’t forget to teach your kids great manners. They are gona grow up one day!

Feminism has nothing to do with it — anyone who’s trying to get into a building while leading, strollering or carrying two kids needs to have the door held for them. I always hold doors because I remember how invisible I was when I had small kids. Somehow it seems that if you’re toting kids you don’t exist.

The only thing worse is when men *think* they’re being helpful, and while giving you that little half-smile that says “Gee, aren’t I cute and helpful? No need to thank me,” they unwittingly block the elevator so that NO ONE can get off while they think they’re being chivalrous letting the women off first. Dammit, just get out of my way!!!
