Oh no! I think the same thing happened to me last year. Poor you and poor Patrick! There’s a reason the men stayed clear of the red tent. I’m glad you all managed to have fun anyway!

Now I understand why I could be having this month’s PMS fest early. Wow…

That is a fantastic story. And um, no…I’ve never heard of the party in the ladies room. Um, ever. LOL

Damn, sorry I missed this blood bath.

And for those ladies that don’t know what a “bathroom party” is, a little hint: It’s not over until everyone gets to jig.

Oh crap. If all those vaginas screwed up my cycle this month and I end up not pregnant AGAIN, I’m going to be really pissed.

I HAVE read The Red Tent, and it’s awesome, I love that book.

I had to go to the drugstore and buy tampons, and then I decided to get some cranberry juice too, for the vodka in our room.
And then it looked like I was having some kind of personal problem.

I think I’m the only person who did not get their period at BlogHer.

I’m not sure what that says about my uterus.

Man, I hate that damn “sneeze and pee” thing. I thought women were making that up before I had birth. Now I feel sorry for ever laughing at my Mom. EVER.

I got my period the first day of BlogHer, but I was expecting it. However, I need to make more damn pads, because I usually rely on our lovely washing machine every other day, and my stash was not going to make it through four days all by itself. (Yay for sea sponges! Even if I had to keep waiting for those fracking slow elevators on my way back to my room because I wasn’t about to change them in one of the public stalls.)

Also, and I am ashamed to admit it, but I have not yet read The Red Tent. I blog about menstruation every damn month, and have read every other period-positive book I can get my hands on, but not TRT. I obviously need to rectify this, stat.

That was a damned good book, yes indeedy. Also this is where I point and laugh because I had my lady-biz removed and am IMMUNE to the hormones of thousands of women (plus Avitable). HAHAHAHAHA!

Well, this explains why I was so emotional that weekend. You wimmin were controlling my emotions with the power of your hormones!
